Flatland Trash Refund Policy

At Flatland Trash, every product is made just for you. Because our shirts are printed on demand when ordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, wrong color, or simply changed your mind. Please double-check your size and color selections before placing your order.

Damaged Items or Manufacturing Errors

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged, we’ve got your back. Here’s what to do:

• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
• Submit a clear photo of the damaged or defective item
• Email us at flatlandtrash@gmail.com with your order number and photos

Once confirmed, we’ll offer a free replacement or full refund. There’s no need to return the damaged item.

Important Notes

• Refunds or reprints are not offered for sizing issues, color preferences, or buyer’s remorse.

• For unsuccessful deliveries, we can reprint your order (additional charges apply) or offer a partial refund.

• For DTG-printed items, slight print placement variations (within 0.5") are normal and not considered defects.
