At Flatland Trash, every product is made to order just for you. This means production and shipping times can vary.

Production Times

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. During high-demand seasons or holidays, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location:

  • US Orders: Typically delivered within 3-7 business days after production

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination but generally take 7-15 business days after production

Please note that these are estimated times and delays can occur due to factors outside of our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays

Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide to most countries. However, there may be some locations we cannot ship to due to carrier restrictions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

Delivery Issues

Flatland Trash and our production partner Printify are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

  • Lost packages due to address errors

  • Unclaimed packages

If your package is returned to the sender, we can arrange a reprint and reshipment with an additional shipping charge.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, please refer to our Refund Policy for reprint or refund instructions.
